2. Data We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and subscription status.
- Study Analytics: Question progress, selected answers, mock exam scores, and flagged items to power your personalized revision queue.
- Payment Data: Financial transactions are processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. DHAPrep does not collect, view, or store your full credit card number or bank details.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data strictly to:
- Provide and maintain your examination dashboard and revision queue.
- Calculate your simulated DHA passing score margin.
- Authenticate your login and prevent unauthorized concurrent sessions.
- Deliver critical account updates and customer support responses.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We work with trusted industry providers:
- Paddle.com: Payment processing, tax calculation, and transaction fraud screening.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud hosting with encrypted database backups.
5. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to your data, request rectification of inaccuracies, request deletion of your account and exam history, or object to data processing.
