1. Eligibility Window

You may request a refund within 72 hours (3 calendar days) from the exact date and time of your purchase across all DHAPrep access tiers, including the Grand Mock Pack ($29), Basic Drill ($49), and Pro Exam Readiness ($79) packages.

2. Fair-Use Eligibility Criteria

Because we offer an unrestricted interactive simulator demo prior to checkout, refunds are granted subject to our fair-use eligibility criteria:

• The account has attempted fewer than 50 total practice questions.
• The account has not started or completed a timed Prometric Grand Mock exam.
• The account has not accessed or downloaded the Pro High-Yield Clinical Pearls.
• No automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction activity has occurred on the account.

Accounts that exceed 50 attempted questions, start or complete a mock exam, or access Pro Clinical Pearls are deemed fully consumed and ineligible for a refund. Refund requests submitted after 72 hours from checkout cannot be processed.

To request a refund meeting these criteria, contact support with your transaction reference:

2. Include your Order ID / Transaction Reference (found on the receipt sent upon purchase).
3. Optionally, share brief feedback on how we can improve our clinical explanations.

4. Processing Timeline & Payment Verification

Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately through our payment partner. Funds typically reflect back on your original payment card or PayPal account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
