1. Contracting Parties & Scope

These Terms of Service apply between DHAPrep.com ("DHAPrep", "we", or "us") and the registered healthcare professional or candidate ("Authorized User"). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subject Matter & Strict Medical Disclaimer

DHAPrep is an independent online medical education and exam preparation program designed exclusively for doctors preparing for the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) General Practitioner (GP) Prometric examination. The program includes clinical practice questions, timed 150-question mock exams, scoring benchmarks, and AI tutoring.

CRITICAL NOTICE: NOT INTENDED FOR PATIENT CARE

Information contained in DHAPrep is for educational licensing review only and does NOT constitute clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or therapy protocols. Diagnostic and treatment decisions in real clinical practice remain the sole responsibility of the licensed physician.

3. User Account & Registration Security

Registration requires providing accurate account data (full name and email address). Each account is strictly for individual personal use. Sharing login credentials, joint multi-user access, credential resale, or unauthorized concurrency is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Access Plans & Payment Modalities

DHAPrep provides fixed-duration access packages (Sprint 30-Day, Core 90-Day, and Comprehensive 180-Day access). All access plans are one-time payments with zero automatic renewals or hidden fees. All transactions are securely handled using 256-bit encrypted SSL connections.

5. 72-Hour (3-Day) Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our clinical question bank and offer a transparent 72-hour (3-day) money-back guarantee. If DHAPrep does not meet your preparation expectations, contact support@dhaprep.com within 72 hours of checkout with your transaction reference. Refunds are granted subject to fair-use eligibility criteria (fewer than 50 total practice questions attempted, no timed Grand Mock exam started or completed, and no Pro High-Yield Clinical Pearls accessed), as detailed in our Refund Policy. Because unrestricted demo access is available prior to checkout, accounts exceeding these thresholds or requesting refunds after 72 hours are deemed fully consumed and ineligible.

6. Educational AI Tutoring Features (DHAbot)

DHAPrep provides AI-assisted tutoring (DHAbot) powered by secure enterprise language model interfaces for educational concept explanations. The user agrees and acknowledges:

AI features are strictly for medical literature and exam review, never for real patient triage or emergency situations.
Strict No-PHI Rule: Users must NEVER input patient identifiers, Protected Health Information (PHI), or real patient clinical records.
No AI Model Training: DHAPrep and its underlying AI infrastructure providers do NOT use candidate inputs to train foundational machine learning models.

7. Rights of Use & Strict Anti-Scraping Policy

All question vignettes, rationales, clinical pearls, algorithms, and interface designs are the intellectual property of DHAPrep. Authorized Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for exam preparation.

The following are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination and legal action:

Automated scraping, crawling, bots, spiders, or bulk data extraction.
Copying, reproducing, republishing, or distributing question content in PDF or web format.
Feeding DHAPrep content into third-party AI, machine learning, or retrieval systems (RAG).

8. Authority & Trademark Disclaimers

DHAPrep.com is an independent educational preparatory service. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Prometric LLC. "DHA", "Dubai Health Authority", and "Prometric" are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, DHAPrep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including exam re-booking fees or loss of employment opportunities). In all events, the total aggregate liability of DHAPrep shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to DHAPrep in the preceding 12 months.
